Emergency Response

If you need help accessing your servers or fixing a problem, you can contact us 24 hours a day. You will be given a cell phone number to call if you wish to use this service. Our response time between 10pm and 8am is generally 15-20 minutes at most. And between 5 and 10 minutes otherwise.

During any emergency we will be with you for any assistance you may need and may also be able to provide you with emergency hardware replacement, should the need arise.

Go ahead, wake us up in the middle of the night. ;-)
