Suso's 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

Suso offers a 30 day money back guarantee on shared hosting accounts and VPS / Virtual servers. If you are not satisfied with your account for any reason within the first 30 days of service, you may cancel your account for a full refund of your first payment. If you wish to cancel, please send an email request to billing@suso.org stating that you wish to cancel. After the first 30 days you may still cancel your account, but you will only be refunded for the unused portion of service for the month in which you canceled.

Refunds only include the price of service and do not cover non-refundable items and services such as domain name registration, SSL certificates or excessive bandwidth use.
